We require card details to secure all table bookings.
Your card details are securely kept with a third party company, Stripe.
Please note that your card will only be charged if you do not attend your reservation or give us less than 24 hours notice for any amends. In the event of the above we will charge your card £10 per guest.
VENUE DETAILS
Our journey begins at Platform 15, the first area of Escape to Freight Island to open. A place where we can come together, safely and responsibly, in preparation for the full launch. Meet us at Platform 15 and be the first to experience a new way to escape. Please be aware that this venue is open to the elements with covered and uncovered seating. Not all of our bookable space’s have tables, for a more traditional dining experience, please drop us an email at: reservations@freightisland.com.
TWILIGHT TALES - KIDS EAT FREE
Every child or family Twilight Tales ticket that's bought in October, you can get one free kids meal per child with every Adults meal purchased. You must have a valid Kids or Family Twilight Tales ticket to be scanned at the vendor within Freight Island when ordering. All food orders must be placed with the food vendor and not via QR ordering. All rights reserved.
DOOR POLICY
Freight Island doesn’t have a dress-code, however fancy dress is not permitted.
If we deem a member of your group to be too intoxicated we will refuse entry.
If you are fortunate enough to look 25 or under then proof of age maybe requested
Our approved forms of ID are: valid Driving Licence, valid Passport, Military ID, Any other form of ID with the PASS hologram on it.
RESERVATION TIME
We kindly ask that your party is ready to be seated at the time indicated in your booking confirmation. Your table shall remain reserved for twenty (20) minutes before it is released without notice and deposits will be non-refundable. If you are running late, please inform the restaurant and we do our best accommodate you.
BOOKING AVAILABILITY
All bookings are allocated between 1.5 - 2.5 hours depending on the time of day and party size, please refer to your confirmation email to view your specified time limit.
Time slots begin from the agreed reservation time, regardless of the time of arrival.
Extended booking times incur a pre-paid minimum spend, and can be organised via email to reservations@freightisland.com.
Please note that all payments made are non-refundable and will only be redeemable in venue on the day.
BOOKING ALLOCATION
Not all of our bookable spaces have tables. Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team and although we will do everything we can to allocate a table in your preferred area of the venue, we cannot always guarantee this. Please add any requests in the note section of your booking or email us at reservations@freightisland.com
SMOKING
Whilst Platform 15 is predominately outside, smoking is not permitted in all areas, please check with your server.
CHILDREN
Children are more than welcome at Freight Island, but we kindly ask that children are off site by 9pm.
Please advise the host on arrival if you require a high chair.
DOGS
Dogs are welcome but we ask that you keep paws on floors.
